Mother’s Day in Nepal is known as Matatirtha Aunsi or Mata Tirtha. On this day, the Nepali people honor the deep love and sacrifices made by mothers. This year, to celebrate Mother’s Day the children in our Contact Centers prepared handmade cards.
The children put all their love and creativity into making these cards the very best for their moms!
We know there are so many mothers involved in Mitrata; from our sponsors and supporters, to the Mitrata board and staff, to the BSF staff and teachers, and all the mothers of the Mitrata children, we are so thankful for you.
