BSF Summer Retreat 2026

Our NGO Partner in Nepal, Bhuvaneshwori Satyal Foundation’s (BSF) Head Office recently organized their Summer Retreat, bringing together colleagues for an important occasion. Coordinators, psychosocial counselors, nursing staff, administration, and HR team members convened for a residential gathering focused on learning, reflection, team-building, and strategic planning for the upcoming year.

The retreat introduced three newcomers to the head office, creating opportunities to forge meaningful connections, strengthen camaraderie among staff, and further reinforce their shared values and guiding principles.

Strong teams are the foundation of creating lasting impact. By investing in team building and strengthening BSF, they can improve communication, increase efficiency, and ensure that every teacher and staff member is equipped to support the children we serve.
