Hand Painted OM in Wood Frame

Hand painted OM with natural pigments by local artist. The OM symbol is considered by many to be the most sacred mantra. It is at the opening and closing of most Sanskrit recitations, prayers, and texts. Likewise, in yoga it is the often chanted at the beginning and end of classes. The sound of OM is said to be the original sound of the universe, ever- present, underlying everything in existence. Colorful tribute to the symbol of OM. Wood framed with glass. Dimensions: 6” x 7”. Note the white spots are only reflections on the glass from the camera light. Picture is on the right.
