We work closely with the Board of Directors of the NGO and the staff of the children’s home to insure that the children are receiving the best care possible and that we are achieving our goals. We provide consultation to the NGO in organizational development, including such things as, setting up financial systems, making a budget, establishing organizational structures, selection and hiring of staff, setting childcare standards, NGO board development, and establishing educational goals and programs just to name a few. As the number of children we support has greatly increased since 2002, we have had to make many progressive changes in our programs. Oversight and transparency is of critical importance. We always want to be sure that our dollars are going to support the best programs in the most efficient ways.
