Our Newsletters are provided in Adobe Acrobat Portable Document Format (.PDF) for online viewing.  You will need the Adobe Acrobat Reader to view the bulletin, which you can get free of charge from Adobe here:

When you install the Reader per the instructions, you will find at the above site, it will be configured as a helper application and will automatically open PDF files when you click on their link.  Now you're ready to view our Weekly Bulletin.  Alternatively, you may right click on the bulletin link, save the pdf file to your system and view it offline using the Acrobat Reader.
